User Agreement

TaxInvoice.LK ERP System

Effective Date: 24 March 2026

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between:

Prezire Software Solutions, a company registered in Sri Lanka with its principal place of business at No.79, High Level Plaza, Delkanda, Nugegoda, Sri Lanka (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"),

and

The User / You, being the legal entity that has registered for and is authorized to use the TaxInvoice.LK ERP system (hereinafter referred to as "the User").

By registering for or using the Service, the User agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Service Description

The Company provides access to TaxInvoice.LK, a cloud-based ERP system designed to manage invoicing, payments, transactions, and related business operations for SMEs.

2. Account Registration and Responsibility

  • The User agrees to provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • The User is responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
  • All activities under the User's account are the responsibility of the User

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading information.

3. Free Trial

  • 30-day free trial available for new Users
  • No payment or credit card is required
  • Features may be limited during the trial period
  • Continued use after the trial requires a paid subscription

4. Fees and Payment Terms

  • The User agrees to pay all applicable subscription fees after the trial
  • Payments must be made through approved payment methods
  • Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination

5. Refund Policy

No refunds are provided except under special circumstances:

  • Payment gateway errors
  • Excess charges due to system errors
  • Errors caused by third-party payment processors

All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of the Company.

6. Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful or fraudulent use
  • No unauthorized access attempts
  • No interference with system operations
  • No uploading of malicious or harmful content

Violations may result in immediate termination.

7. Data Ownership and Usage

  • The User retains ownership of all data
  • The User grants permission to process data for service delivery
  • Reasonable security measures are applied, but absolute security is not guaranteed

8. Service Availability

  • Service is provided "as is" and "as available"
  • Features may be modified or discontinued at any time
  • No liability for downtime or data loss

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the Service.

10. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate access if the User violates this Agreement or as required by law. The User may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
