Welcome to TaxInvoice.LK. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TaxInvoice.LK cloud-based ERP system and related services ("Service"). By registering, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About the Service

TaxInvoice.LK is a cloud-based ERP platform designed to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Sri Lanka manage invoicing, payments, transactions, and business documents.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

TaxInvoice.LK reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with inaccurate or misleading information.

3. Free Trial

• 30-day free trial available for new users
• No payment or credit card required
• Feature access may be limited during trial
• Continued use after trial requires a paid subscription

4. Fees and Payments

• Subscription fees apply after the free trial
• Payments must be made via approved payment methods
• You agree to pay all applicable charges

5. Refund Policy

TaxInvoice.LK does not provide refunds except under special circumstances:

• Payment gateway errors
• Excess charges due to system errors
• Errors caused by third-party payment processors

All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of TaxInvoice.LK.

6. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful or fraudulent use
• No unauthorized system access attempts
• No disruption of services or servers
• No uploading malicious or harmful content

Violations may result in suspension or termination.

7. Data and Privacy

• You retain ownership of your data
• You grant permission to process data for service delivery
• We apply reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security

8. Service Availability

• Service is provided "as is" and "as available"
• Features may be modified or discontinued at any time
• No liability for downtime or data loss

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaxInvoice.LK is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or at our discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
